In Favara, a small town close to Agrigento, Sicily, a place deeply touched by north-african immigration and by the shipwreck tragedies, a Franciscan friar recently decided to transform one of the hope (and sometimes death) ships of the immigrants into a landmark for public space.

In Sicilia, a Favara in provincia d’Agrigento, un luogo profondamente toccato dal dramma dell’immigrazione dal nord-africa e dalle tragedie dei naufragi, un Frate Francescano ha deciso di far diventare uno dei barconi della speranza (ma anche della morte) un segno nello spazio pubblico.
