Greetings from the Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF)!
We, along with Arts Network Asia & Trans Europe Halles are delighted to launch the 4th call for proposals for Creative Encounters: Cultural Partnerships between Asia and Europe.
We are now inviting joint proposals from Asian and European arts organisations exploring issues of cultural mobility and community engagement. Proposed projects should take place between 1 April and 30 November 2015.
Proposals may come from any artistic discipline. Initiatives that engage as many partners and participants from the 49 member countries of the Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) are particularly encouraged. Send us your applications by 15 July 2014!
