Artistas y especialistas brasileños y europeos intentan trazar en Palmas, durante los Primeros Juegos Mundiales Indígenas, un panorama de los efectos generados por los mega-eventos deportivos en la vida de la ciudad. El proyecto propone también cuestionamientos acerca de las Olimpiadas de 2016, que tendrán lugar en Río de Janeiro.
